The personal information received from customers will be used for the purpose of contacting customers, providing customers with information about the Association’s business operations, and sending customers emails and documents in response to customer inquiries.

The Association will appropriately manage the personal information it receives from customers and will not disclose personal information to any third party except in any of the following cases:

•The customer consents.
•Personal information must be disclosed to a business operator contracted by the Association in order to provide services requested by the customer.

The Association takes all possible measures for security to ensure the accuracy and safety of personal information.

< Inquiries from Customers >

If a customer wishes to inquire about, correct, or delete his or her personal information, the Association will respond after verifying the identity of the customer.

< Compliance with and Review of Laws, Regulations and Norms >

The Association will comply with Japanese laws, regulations and other norms applicable to personal information held by the Association and review the content of this Policy from time to time, and make efforts to improve it.
